1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or as per the agreed payment terms.
- The client must provide accurate and complete information (passport details, contact numbers, etc.) at the time of booking.
2. Payments and Cancellations
- Advance payment or full payment is required as per the package conditions.
- Cancellation charges apply as per the following policy:
- More than 30 days before departure – 30 % cancellation fee.
- 15–30 days before departure – 50 % cancellation fee.
- Less than 15 days or no-show – 100 % cancellation fee (usually non-refundable).
- In case of force majeure (natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics), we are not liable for any refund, and decisions will be subject to service providers’ terms.
3. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining their own valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and necessary documents.
- The agency is not liable for denial of entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
4. Itinerary & Services
- The itinerary provided is tentative and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen reasons (weather, local regulations, flight changes, etc.).
- Any extra services or sightseeing not included in the package must be paid directly by the client.
- Check-in and check-out times depend on the hotel policy.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must carry valid health documents, including medical reports or vaccination certificates if applicable.
- The agency is not responsible for any health-related issues during travel. It is recommended to have valid travel insurance.
6. Liability
- Lanka Reisen / Opnayiko International Trips acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- We do not take liability for any delays, accidents, thefts, or personal loss during the tour.
- Our responsibility is limited to coordinating the services as per the agreement.
7. Force Majeure
- The agency is not responsible for events beyond our control such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, refunds or compensation will depend on the service providers’ policies.
8. Amendments
- Any amendments to the booking must be communicated in writing at least [X] days before departure and may incur additional charges.
9. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes, both parties shall try to resolve the matter amicably.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the laws of India, with local courts in [City, e.g., Mumbai] having exclusive jurisdiction.
